Hello! I'm Mrs. Freeborn! This is my fifth year teaching music and my first year here at Sunset Valley! I am really enjoying getting to know these wonderful little musicians here!

I am a product of the outstanding Lee's Summit School District and Music Department. I am a graduate of Lee's Summit North High School, then went on to graduate with my Bachelor's degree from UMKC's Conservatory of Music in Vocal Music Education, then my Master's degree in education from Baker University.



I am married to Mr. Freeborn, an art teacher in the Lee's Summit School District. We have been married for 5 years and have a one year old son.



I love sharing my passion of Music with the next generation. They inspire me so much!
